Golden straw in colour, this Bourbon Barrel-Aged Chardonnay has aromas of ripe, grilled peach, with hints of toasted marshmallow, vanilla bean custard, and baked spice pear. Rich, creamy, and concentrated flavours of grilled peach, lemon piecrust, graham cracker, vanilla bean, baking spices, and toasted oak lead to a balanced acidity and lingering finish. Aged a minimum of seven months in American oak bourbon barrels.
