This Buttery Chardonnay is golden-straw in colour and opens with decadent aromas. The creamy, rich, buttery flavours swirl with notes of stone and tropical fruits with sweet baking spices. Oak aging creates a finish of crème brûlée and toasty brioche.

Wine Making:
To fully capture their fresh flavour, we whole-cluster pressed the grapes before cold-fermenting the juice in stainless steel. The blend also underwent malolactic fermentation, resulting in a rich, creamy mouthfeel, and buttery taste. This buttery taste is balanced by the fruit notes imparted by the fully ripened, flavourful grapes in the blend. We then aged the wine on French oak, which adds sweet spice to the taste and finish.
